Presenting the Iconic Unacademians of 2019

Celebrating those who bring their A+ game at Unacademy, every day.

On the 10th of this month Unacademy turned 4, and it was an opportune time for us to reflect upon our journey. One that has been enriching and extremely eventful. These 4 years threw many challenges, but together we cracked it. This wouldn’t have been possible without the passionate Unacademians who raise the bar every day with their brilliance and hard work. They are the ones helping us create a dent. They are the ones who are pushing the industry forward.

At Unacademy, our constant endeavor is to recognise the work that goes into making Unacademy the largest and the most powerful learning platform. We asked ourselves how can we best celebrate the ones who have a burning desire to push the industry forward, and are constantly working towards it. And that’s how the Iconic Unacademian Awards came into existence. A biannual ceremony, it celebrates these extraordinary team members who are creating a dent with their talent and hard work. They have not only shown exemplary results but also embody our Leadership Principles. This is the highest honour for any Unacademian, and a well deserved pat on the back of those who are leading by example.

The Criteria :

The Iconic Unacademians have been chosen keeping the following criteria into account :

• Tenure : Someone who has served more than a year with the organisation.
• Consistency : Someone who has delivered extraordinary results consistently.
• Bias for Action : Someone who has never shied away from responsibilities and has always tried to do more than what’s needed.
• Unacademy Leadership Principles : Someone who embodies our Leadership Principles and is an example to others.
