Thus, the Phoenix Program came to life. A one of its kind acceleration program, Phoenix has been specially designed to create the next generation of Top Online Educators. A rigorous 12-week program, future Educators joining the program will be mentored by the best in the industry, and will have access to all the resources and knowledge to be able to become a Top Online Educator in the country.
At the heart of the program, lies the belief that via Phoenix, incumbents will not only be adept at teaching online, but will consequently help shape a tomorrow where learners have access to the best Educators irrespective of where they come from.

A rigorous and intensive selection process later, the Phoenix Program was kicked off via a virtual event last week. From meeting batch mates to interacting with mentors to understanding what lies ahead, the event saw a mix of excitement, joy and an eager wait for the orientation week.
As Phoenix Program crosses its penultimate stage and breaks into an exhilarating and illustrious start, we are looking forward to all the selected few who made it. Unacademy is shaping the way education is imparted, and Phoenix is a big part of the revolution we are stirring.
